Damaged products, missing packages, buyers remorse, unlike scent, it doesn't matter. We will take care of all of it with a quick email to customerservice@fablebeauty.com

If you don't love it, just email us and we will exchange it for you, no questions asked, If you want you can return it to us for a complete refund to the following address. However we encourage you to keep the products or gift them to a friend as we can not re-use or resale these products once they leave our warehouse. 

Exchanges are usually processed in 1-2 business days. In the rare event, that you request a full or partial refund please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to process through your financial institution. All refunds are returned to the method of payment you used at the time of checkout of your order.

Promotion discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders, even if those orders have not yet shipped. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
